Oxford Properties partnered with WM Creative Studio to bring its brand refresh to life through motion, transforming a static identity system into a scalable, cinematic visual language across digital platforms. Building on the refreshed brand developed with Superfantastic, we created and rolled out a cohesive motion system across more than 50 video assets, extending the guidelines beyond static applications into movement, rhythm, pacing, and transition design.
The challenge was not simply to animate existing brand elements. Oxford’s refreshed identity introduced a more refined visual system centred around architectural detail, restrained typography, a new black-led palette, and layered photography treatments designed to create moments of reveal and depth. As a brand motion design agency, we translated those principles into motion, developing a framework that could flex across thought leadership content, investment storytelling, corporate communications, social media, and brand films while maintaining consistency across every touchpoint.

Working closely with the updated design language, we expanded the visual system into a living motion toolkit and scalable visual identity motion system. Typography moved with intention rather than decoration. Photography treatments became immersive transitions. Graphic structures derived from the Oxford logo evolved into anchors for pacing, composition, and scene movement. The result was a motion identity that felt premium, modern, and adaptable across a global brand operating in 14 countries and multiple audience segments.
Over the course of the engagement, we refreshed a total of 50 videos using the new motion system. Each piece was rebuilt to align with the updated visual language while remaining flexible enough to support Oxford’s diverse communications ecosystem. The work established a flexible brand animation system that could continue evolving across future campaigns, social content, investor communications, and digital experiences.

This motion branding case study demonstrates how motion design for corporate brands can strengthen recognition, improve consistency, and create a more emotionally engaging digital experience. It also reflects our approach to real estate brand motion design, where brand systems need to scale seamlessly across corporate communications, investor storytelling, and public-facing content.
